Art. 40 Administration of shares of fees by the Confederation 53

(Art. 68a and 109a RTVA)

1 The bal­ances of the shares of the fees re­ceived by the Con­fed­er­a­tion in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 68a and Art­icle 109a para­graphs 1 and 2 RTVA are shown in an ac­count on the Con­fed­er­a­tion’s bal­ance sheet.54

2 OF­COM shall pub­lish the rev­en­ue and the man­ner of use of the shares of fees in ac­cord­ance with para­graph 1.

3 Un­used rev­en­ue shall be taken in­to ac­count when next de­term­in­ing the level of the fee tar­iff.55
