Art. 45 Direction and Responsibility

The dir­ect­ors of the groups and of­fices are re­spons­ible to their su­per­i­ors for dir­ect­ing the ad­min­is­trat­ive units un­der them and for car­ry­ing out the du­ties as­signed to them.
