¹ Ad­min­is­trat­ive units are ob­liged to co­oper­ate. They sup­port and in­form each oth­er.

² They shall co­ordin­ate their activ­it­ies and align them with the over­all policy of the Fed­er­al Coun­cil.

³ They shall provide oth­er ad­min­is­trat­ive units with the in­form­a­tion re­quired for the ful­fil­ment of their stat­utory du­ties.
