Art. 23a Use of social media 85

1 Ad­min­is­trat­ive units may op­er­ate their own pres­ences (pro­files) on so­cial me­dia in or­der to provide in­form­a­tion in­so­far as:

a.
the con­tent of these pro­files is ac­cess­ible to all per­sons over the age of ma­jor­ity who are res­id­ent in Switzer­land;
b.
they can make their pro­files and con­tent in­ac­cess­ible at any time.

2 In­form­a­tion provided on so­cial me­dia must also be avail­able via chan­nels that the ad­min­is­trat­ive units them­selves con­trol and that are freely ac­cess­ible to every­one.

3 So­cial me­dia are elec­tron­ic plat­forms that are used to com­mu­nic­ate with the pub­lic and which en­able users to provide their own con­tent for oth­er users.
