Art. 18 Government policy guidelines

(Art. 45bis Par­lPA72)

1 Gov­ern­ment policy guidelines provide a com­pre­hens­ive policy ori­ent­a­tion frame­work for gov­ern­ment activ­ity in a le­gis­lature peri­od.

2 They as­sess the res­ults of the pre­vi­ous le­gis­lature peri­od.

3 They define the aims, im­pacts and pri­or­ity meas­ures and des­ig­nate the areas in which state ser­vices must be re­viewed or can be re­duced.
