Art. 22 Records of administrative activities 75

1 The ad­min­is­trat­ive units shall main­tain re­cords of their own busi­ness activ­it­ies us­ing a re­cords man­age­ment sys­tem.

2 For this pur­pose, they shall use elec­tron­ic re­cords and pro­cess man­age­ment sys­tems in ac­cord­ance with the GEVER Or­din­ance of 3 April 201976, un­less le­gis­la­tion provides for a dif­fer­ent type of re­cords and pro­cess man­age­ment.
