The Swiss Fed­er­al Audit Of­fice and the fol­low­ing au­thor­it­ies are ex­empt from man­age­ment by ser­vice level agree­ment:

the Fed­er­al Chan­cellery;

the Fed­er­al Data Pro­tec­tion and In­form­a­tion Com­mis­sion­er;

c.

the Fed­er­al Gam­ing Board;

d.

the Price Su­per­visor;

e.

the Com­pet­i­tion Com­mis­sion;

f.

the Swiss Trans­port­a­tion Safety In­vest­ig­a­tion Board;

g.

the Fed­er­al Postal Ser­vices Com­mis­sion;

h.

the Rail Trans­port Com­mis­sion;

i.

the Fed­er­al Elec­tri­city Com­mis­sion;

j.

the Fed­er­al Com­mu­nic­a­tions Com­mis­sion;

k.

the In­de­pend­ent Com­plaints Au­thor­ity for Ra­dio and Tele­vi­sion.
