Art. 25 Control

(Art. 8 paras. 3 and 4 GAOA)

1 Con­trol, as an in­stru­ment of su­per­vi­sion, serves:

a.
the in-depth cla­ri­fic­a­tion of spe­cial is­sues arising from cur­rent events or iden­ti­fied griev­ances;
b.
the reg­u­lar re­view of par­tic­u­lar areas of ex­pert­ise.

2 As a rule, con­trols are car­ried out by spe­cial bod­ies that are in­de­pend­ent of the con­trolled ad­min­is­trat­ive unit.
