Art. 27 Review of federal tasks 89

(Art. 5 GAOA)

1 The ad­min­is­trat­ive units shall peri­od­ic­ally and sys­tem­at­ic­ally re­view their tasks, ser­vices, pro­cesses and or­gan­isa­tion to de­term­ine wheth­er they are ne­ces­sary and com­ply with the prin­ciples of Art­icles 11 and 12; they shall ar­range for the re­quired ad­just­ments and re­duc­tions to be car­ried out meas­ures.

2 The Con­fer­ence of Sec­ret­ar­ies Gen­er­al shall play a co­ordin­at­ing role.

3 The FFA, in con­sulta­tion with the Con­fer­ence of Sec­ret­ar­ies Gen­er­al, shall co­ordin­ate the re­view un­der para­graph 1 with the re­view un­der Art­icle 5 of the Sub­sidies Act of 5 Oc­to­ber 199090.91
