¹ The or­der­ing au­thor­ity shall no­ti­fy the ad­min­is­trat­ive bod­ies con­cerned of the open­ing of the ad­min­is­trat­ive in­vest­ig­a­tion, to­geth­er with the reas­on for and pur­pose of the in­vest­ig­a­tion and the in­vest­ig­at­ing body.

² It shall is­sue the ne­ces­sary dir­ect­ives on the ac­cess and in­spec­tion rights of the in­vest­ig­at­ive bod­ies and on the duty of the em­ploy­ees con­cerned to provide in­form­a­tion.
