(Art. 61b para. 1 GAOA)

¹ Can­ton­al acts and or­din­ances that must be ap­proved by the Con­fed­er­a­tion shall be sub­mit­ted to the Fed­er­al Chan­cellery. The Fed­er­al Chan­cellery may re­quire their sub­mis­sion.

² The en­act­ments shall be sub­mit­ted as soon as they have been ad­op­ted by the com­pet­ent can­ton­al au­thor­ity. The hold­ing of a ref­er­en­dum or the ex­piry of a ref­er­en­dum peri­od need not be awaited.

³ The can­tons may sub­mit en­act­ments re­quir­ing ap­prov­al to the Fed­er­al Chan­cellery for pre­lim­in­ary ex­am­in­a­tion.
