¹ The Fed­er­al Chan­cellery, with the co­oper­a­tion of the de­part­ments, shall pub­lish in elec­tron­ic form a list of the mem­bers of non-par­lia­ment­ary com­mis­sions, the mem­bers of the gov­ern­ing bod­ies of fed­er­al or­gan­isa­tions and the rep­res­ent­at­ives of the Con­fed­er­a­tion in or­gan­isa­tions un­der pub­lic or private law.⁴⁹

² The list shall con­tain the fol­low­ing in­form­a­tion on the per­sons re­ferred to in para­graph 1:

a.

sur­name and first name;

b.

gender;

c.

moth­er tongue;

d.

year of birth;

e.

title;

f.⁵⁰

rel­ev­ant out­side in­terests;

g.⁵¹

can­ton ac­cord­ing to cor­res­pond­ence ad­dress.

⁴ Once the elec­tion has been held, the data shall be made avail­able un­til the per­son leaves the body con­cerned.
