3. Ser­vice

 

1 Art­icle 72 ap­plies to the ser­vice of the no­tice of im­pend­ing bank­ruptcy.330

2 A copy there­of shall be served on the cred­it­or as soon as ser­vice has been ef­fected on the debt­or.
