Art. 249

3. Pub­lic­a­tion and spe­cial no­tices

 

1 The sched­ule of claims shall be made avail­able for in­spec­tion at the bank­ruptcy of­fice.

2 The bank­ruptcy ad­min­is­tra­tion shall give pub­lic no­tice that the sched­ule is avail­able for in­spec­tion452.

3 Each cred­it­or whose claim has been re­jec­ted in whole or in part or who has not been giv­en the rank re­ques­ted shall be no­ti­fied sep­ar­ately of the pub­lic­a­tion of the sched­ule of claims and the re­jec­tion of his claim or re­quest.
