An avoid­ance ac­tion may be brought against per­sons who have con­cluded leg­al trans­ac­tions sub­ject to avoid­ance with the debt­or or who have been fa­voured by the debt­or in a man­ner sub­ject to avoid­ance, as well as against their heirs or oth­er gen­er­al suc­cessors and against third parties act­ing in bad faith. The rights of third parties act­ing in good faith are not af­fected by an avoid­ance ac­tion.
