¹ The com­pos­i­tion court shall ap­point one or more com­mis­sion­ers.

² The com­mis­sion­er shall have the fol­low­ing du­ties in par­tic­u­lar:

a.

he drafts the com­pos­i­tion agree­ment if it is re­quired;

b.

he mon­it­ors the acts of the debt­or;

c.

he ful­fils the du­ties set out in Art­icles 298–302 and 304;

d.

he pre­pares in­ter­im re­ports on the or­der of the com­pos­i­tion court and in­forms the cred­it­ors on the pro­gress of the morator­i­um.

³ The com­pos­i­tion court may as­sign the com­mis­sion­er fur­ther du­ties.

⁴ Art­icles 8, 8a, 10, 11, 14, 17-19, 34 and 35 ap­ply mu­tatis mutandis to the com­mis­sion­er’s man­age­ment.⁵³⁵
