E. Ex­cep­tions from bank­ruptcy pro­ceed­ings

 

Bank­ruptcy pro­ceed­ings shall not be brought for:

reg­u­lar fam­ily law main­ten­ance and sup­port con­tri­bu­tions, and main­ten­ance pay­ments un­der the Same-Sex Part­ner­ship Act of 18 June 200482;

rights to the pro­vi­sion of se­cur­ity.
