Art. 68e

3. Lim­it­a­tion of li­ab­il­ity

 

If the debt­or is only li­able with his free as­sets, it may be claimed in the third-party claims pro­ced­ure (Arts 106-109) that a dis­trained as­set is not a part there­of.
