Art. 14 Student exchange schemes

1 The Con­fed­er­a­tion and the can­tons shall en­cour­age the ex­change of school stu­dents and teach­ers at all school levels.

2 The Con­fed­er­a­tion may grant fin­an­cial as­sist­ance to the can­tons and ex­change or­gan­isa­tions.
