Art. 17 Academic institution promoting plurilingualism

In or­der to co­ordin­ate, in­tro­duce and con­duct ap­plied re­search on lan­guages and pluri­lin­gual­ism, the Con­fed­er­a­tion and the can­tons may sup­port an aca­dem­ic in­sti­tu­tion suit­able for this pur­pose.
