Art. 16 Applicability of the Swiss Code of Obligations

In­so­far as this Act does not con­tain any spe­cial pro­vi­sions, li­ab­il­ity is gov­erned by the pro­vi­sions of the Swiss Code of Ob­lig­a­tions3 on torts.
