Art. 16 Provision of information to the FOEN 52

1 The can­tons shall peri­od­ic­ally provide the Fed­er­al Of­fice for the En­vir­on­ment (FOEN) with in­form­a­tion in the form of an over­view of the haz­ard po­ten­tials and risks with­in their ter­rit­ory (risk re­gister), to­geth­er with the meas­ures im­ple­men­ted.53

2 To this end, the com­pet­ent fed­er­al and can­ton­al au­thor­it­ies shall make the ne­ces­sary in­form­a­tion avail­able on re­quest.

3 The above is sub­ject to leg­al re­quire­ments con­cern­ing secrecy.
