Art. 20 Information 57

1 The com­pet­ent fed­er­al au­thor­it­ies shall in­form the pub­lic of:

a.
the geo­graph­ic­al loc­a­tion of es­tab­lish­ments, trans­port routes and pipeline in­stall­a­tions;
b.
the ad­join­ing areas in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 11a para­graph 2.

2 In the event of ma­jor ac­ci­dents which could have sig­ni­fic­ant ef­fects bey­ond na­tion­al bor­ders, the com­pet­ent fed­er­al au­thor­it­ies shall in­form the rel­ev­ant Swiss mis­sions abroad and the for­eign au­thor­it­ies con­cerned.
