Art. 17 Data collection by the FOEN 54

1 The com­pet­ent fed­er­al and can­ton­al au­thor­it­ies shall for­ward to the FOEN55 on re­quest any in­form­a­tion col­lec­ted in ac­cord­ance with this Or­din­ance.

2 The FOEN shall en­sure that the data is pro­cessed and made avail­able to the com­pet­ent au­thor­it­ies, in­so­far as this is ne­ces­sary for the im­ple­ment­a­tion of this Or­din­ance.

3 The above is sub­ject to leg­al re­quire­ments con­cern­ing secrecy.
