Art. 25b Transitional provisions relating to the amendment of 29 April 2015 66

Per­sons re­spons­ible for es­tab­lish­ments that fall with­in the scope of this Or­din­ance for the first time fol­low­ing the amend­ment of 29 April 2015 must sub­mit the sum­mary re­port to the en­force­ment au­thor­ity at the latest three years after the said amend­ment to the Or­din­ance comes in­to force.
