4. Disruption of military security Incitement and inducement to violate military duties 1. Any person who publicly incites others to disobey military orders, to violate military duties, to refuse to perform military service or to desert, and any person who induces a person obliged to perform military service to carry out such an act, is liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty. 2. Where the incitement or inducement relates to mutiny or the preparation for mutiny, the penalty is a custodial sentence or a monetary penalty. |
