Art. 239
Disruption of public services 1. Any person who wilfully obstructs, disrupts or endangers the operation of a public service and in particular the railway, postal, telegraphic or telephone services, any person who wilfully obstructs, disrupts or endangers the operation of a public utility or installation which provides water, light, power or heat, is liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty. 2. If the person concerned acts through negligence, the penalty is a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or a monetary penalty. |
