5bis. Co­oper­a­tion un­der the Schen­gen As­so­ci­ation Agree­ment. Jur­is­dic­tion

 

The fed­er­al and can­ton­al po­lice au­thor­it­ies shall im­ple­ment the pro­vi­sions of the Schen­gen As­so­ci­ation Agree­ment470 in ac­cord­ance with do­mest­ic law.
