Art. 283

Breach of vot­ing secrecy

 

Any per­son who ob­tains know­ledge by un­law­ful means of how in­di­vidu­als have voted shall be li­able to a cus­todi­al sen­tence not ex­ceed­ing three years or to a mon­et­ary pen­alty.
