Sub­vers­ive pro­pa­ganda

 

Any per­son who dis­sem­in­ates for­eign pro­pa­ganda which is in­ten­ded to bring about the vi­ol­ent over­throw of the con­sti­tu­tion­al or­der of the Con­fed­er­a­tion or a can­ton shall be li­able to a cus­todi­al sen­tence not ex­ceed­ing three years or to a mon­et­ary pen­alty.
