3. En­dan­ger­ing the con­sti­tu­tion­al or­der

At­tacks on the con­sti­tu­tion­al or­der

 

Any per­son who car­ries out an act which is in­ten­ded to dis­rupt or al­ter the con­sti­tu­tion­al or­der of the Con­fed­er­a­tion315 or the can­tons316 in an un­law­ful man­ner shall be li­able to a cus­todi­al sen­tence not ex­ceed­ing five years or to a mon­et­ary pen­alty.
