Art. 117

Hom­icide through neg­li­gence

 

Any per­son who causes the death of an­oth­er through neg­li­gence or reck­less­ness shall be li­able to a cus­todi­al sen­tence not ex­ceed­ing three years or to a mon­et­ary pen­alty.
