Ob­tain­ing per­son­al data without au­thor­isa­tion

 

Any per­son who without au­thor­isa­tion ob­tains from a data col­lec­tion per­son­al data or per­son­al­ity pro­files that are par­tic­u­larly sens­it­ive and that are not freely ac­cess­ible shall be li­able on com­plaint to a cus­todi­al sen­tence not ex­ceed­ing three years or to a mon­et­ary pen­alty.
