1. Hom­icide

In­ten­tion­al hom­icide

 

Any per­son who kills a per­son in­ten­tion­ally, but without ful­filling the spe­cial re­quire­ments of the fol­low­ing art­icles, shall be li­able to a cus­todi­al sen­tence156 of not less than five years.
