Art. 112157

Murder

 

Where the of­fend­er acts in a par­tic­u­larly un­scru­pu­lous man­ner, in which the motive, the ob­ject­ive or the meth­od of com­mis­sion is par­tic­u­larly de­praved, a cus­todi­al sen­tence for life or a cus­todi­al sen­tence of not less than ten years shall be im­posed.158
