In­fant­i­cide

 

If a moth­er kills her child either dur­ing de­liv­ery or while she is un­der the in­flu­ence of the ef­fects of giv­ing birth, sa cus­todi­al sen­tence not ex­ceed­ing three years or a mon­et­ary pen­alty shall be im­posed.
