Art. 125

As­sault through neg­li­gence

 

1 Any per­son who causes in­jury to the per­son or the health of an­oth­er through neg­li­gence shall be li­able on com­plaint to a cus­todi­al sen­tence not ex­ceed­ing three years or to a mon­et­ary pen­alty.182

2 If the in­jury is ser­i­ous, the of­fend­er shall be pro­sec­uted ex of­fi­cio.
