Ob­tain­ing per­son­al data without au­thor­isa­tion

 

Any per­son who without au­thor­isa­tion ob­tains per­son­al data that are par­tic­u­larly sens­it­ive and that are not pub­licly ac­cess­ible shall be li­able on com­plaint to a cus­todi­al sen­tence not ex­ceed­ing three years or to a mon­et­ary pen­alty.
