Art. 194278

In­de­cent con­duct

 

1 Any per­son who en­gages in an act of in­de­cent con­duct shall be li­able on com­plaint to a fine.

2 In ser­i­ous cases, a mon­et­ary pen­alty shall be im­posed. The of­fence shall be pro­sec­uted on com­plaint.

3 If the ac­cused un­der­goes med­ic­al treat­ment as ordered by the com­pet­ent au­thor­ity, the crim­in­al pro­ceed­ings shall be dis­con­tin­ued.
