Caus­ing fear and alarm among the gen­er­al pub­lic

 

Any per­son who causes fear and alarm among the gen­er­al pub­lic by threat­en­ing or feign­ing a danger to life, limb or prop­erty shall be li­able to a cus­todi­al sen­tence not ex­ceed­ing three years or to a mon­et­ary pen­alty.
