Art. 278

Dis­rup­tion of mil­it­ary ser­vice

 

Any per­son who pre­vents a mem­ber of the armed forces from car­ry­ing out his mil­it­ary ser­vice or ob­structs him in the course of his ser­vice shall be li­able to a mon­et­ary pen­alty.389
