Re­mov­al of seized prop­erty

 

Any per­son who re­moves from of­fi­cial con­trol an item of prop­erty which has been of­fi­cially seized shall be li­able to a cus­todi­al sen­tence not ex­ceed­ing three years or to a mon­et­ary pen­alty.
