Art. 294409

Breach of an activ­ity pro­hib­i­tion or­der or a con­tact pro­hib­i­tion and ex­clu­sion or­der

 

1 Any per­son who car­ries on an activ­ity that he is pro­hib­ited from car­ry­ing on by a pro­hib­i­tion or­der un­der Art­icle 67 here­of, Art­icle 50 of the Mil­it­ary Crim­in­al Code of 13 June 1927410 (MCC) or Art­icle 16a JCLA411 shall be li­able to a cus­todi­al sen­tence not ex­ceed­ing one year or mon­et­ary pen­alty.

2 Any per­son who con­tacts or ap­proaches one or more spe­cif­ic per­sons or per­sons in a spe­cif­ic group or is present in a spe­cif­ic loc­a­tion when he is pro­hib­ited from do­ing so by a con­tact pro­hib­i­tion and ex­clu­sion or­der un­der Art­icle 67b here­of, Art­icle 50b MCC or Art­icle 16a JCLA shall be li­able to a cus­todi­al sen­tence not ex­ceed­ing one year or mon­et­ary pen­alty.
