Art. 327b504

Fail­ure to com­ply with the stat­utory ob­lig­a­tions of as­so­ci­ations

 

Any per­son who wil­fully fails to com­ply with the any of ob­lig­a­tions for as­so­ci­ations spe­cified in Art­icles 61a and 69 para­graph 2 of the Civil Code505 shall be li­able to a fine.
