Art. 76 General Provisions
1The statements of the parties, the oral decisions of the authorities and any other procedural acts that are not carried out in writing shall be recorded. 2The clerk of court, the director of proceedings and, where applicable, the interpreter or translator shall confirm the accuracy of the record. 3The director of proceedings is responsible for ensuring that procedural acts are completely and correctly recorded. 4He or she may order that an audio or video recording of all or part of a procedural act be made, in addition to its being recorded in writing. He or she shall give those present advance notice of such a recording. |
