Art. 28 Conflicts

In the event of con­flicts between the Of­fice of the At­tor­ney Gen­er­al of Switzer­land and can­ton­al crim­in­al justice au­thor­it­ies, the Fed­er­al Crim­in­al Court shall de­cide.
