Art. 13 Courts

The fol­low­ing bod­ies have ju­di­cial powers in crim­in­al pro­ceed­ings:

the com­puls­ory meas­ures court;

the court of first in­stance;

the ob­jec­tions au­thor­ity;
d.
the court of ap­peal.
