Art. 443 Enforcement of criminal judgments on civil matters

In­so­far as the judg­ment relates to civil claims, it shall be en­forced in ac­cord­ance with the civil pro­ced­ure law ap­plic­able at the place of ex­e­cu­tion and the DEBA179.
