Art. 98 Correction of data

1 Where per­son­al data proves to be in­cor­rect, the rel­ev­ant crim­in­al justice au­thor­it­ies shall cor­rect it im­me­di­ately.

2 They shall im­me­di­ately no­ti­fy au­thor­it­ies to which they have trans­mit­ted, made avail­able or dis­closed the data of the cor­rec­tions.36
