Art. 70 Restrictions on and exclusion of public access
1 The court may completely or partly exclude members of the public from court hearings if:
2 If members of the public are excluded, the accused, the victim and private claimants may each be accompanied by a maximum of three confidants. 3 Subject to specific requirements, the court may allow court reporters and additional persons with a legitimate interest access to proceedings that are private in accordance with paragraph 1. 4 If members of the public are excluded, the court shall pass judgement at a public hearing or shall if required inform the public of the outcome of the proceedings in another suitable manner. |
